Wholesale Account Manager

Summary of tasks and work goals

As Ly Gia Vien continues to expand its wholesale distribution channel and work with dealer partners, we are seeking Wholesale Account Managers to focus on managing relationships with individual dealer partners. 

The Wholesale Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for dealer partners, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed in marketing and selling our products to B2B customers.

Working time and place

  • During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
  • Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.

Gross income: Negotiation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Dealer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners who resell our products to B2B customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for dealer partners, ensuring they receive personalized and efficient service.

Support and Resources

  • Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to assist dealer partners in effectively marketing and selling our products.
  • Ensure that dealer partners have access to accurate and timely product information, pricing, and promotional details.

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, applications, and competitive advantages.
  • Educate dealer partners about the value of our products and assist them in making informed recommendations to B2B customers.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor the performance of dealer partners, tracking their sales, distribution, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with dealer partners to set performance targets and strategies for achieving them.

Issue Resolution

  • Address dealer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide solutions to dealer partners.

Reporting

  • Provide regular reporting on the performance of dealer partners and the effectiveness of channel-specific initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and recommendations.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

RECRUITMENT STANDARDS

Professional Knowledge

  • Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Professional Competence

  • Working experiences
  • Proven experience in dealer or account management within a wholesale or distribution context.
  • Knowledge competence
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring the success of dealer partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales support tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
