As Ly Gia Vien expands its reach across multiple regions or territories, we are seeking experienced and driven Regional Sales Managers to lead and oversee sales efforts within each designated area. Regional Sales Managers are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within their respective regions.
Working time and place
- During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
- Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Gross income: Negotiation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to align with overall company objectives.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and action plans for the region.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team within the region.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize team productivity.
Territory Management
- Define and assign sales territories to team members, optimizing market coverage and client engagement.
- Ensure effective management of assigned territories.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners within the region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for important client accounts.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales performance within the region.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and outcomes, using data-driven insights for decision-making.
Market Analysis
- Stay informed about regional market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to the company.
Sales Training and Development
- Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team within the region.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Budget Management
- Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet sales objectives.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
RECRUITMENT STANDARDS
Professional Knowledge
- Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Professional Competence
- Working experiences
- Proven experience in regional sales management, ideally within the HORECA or similar industry.
- Knowledge competence
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
