We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Lead Engagement Specialist to join our expanding team at Ly Gia Vien.
The Lead Engagement Specialist will play a critical role in our sales process, focusing on lead generation and customer outreach. This position will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, as well as passing them on to our Account Executives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record of contributing to sales growth.
Working time and place
- During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
- Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Gross income: Negotiation
- Research and identify potential leads and prospects within the target HORECA market.
- Utilize various online and offline resources to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts for lead generation.
Outreach and Qualification
- Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other online communication channels.
- Engage with leads to understand their needs, provide product information, and qualify their interest in our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads by providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-ups.
- Educate leads on the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Identify and address any objections or concerns while highlighting the value of our offerings.
- Work closely with the Account Executives to transition qualified leads for further sales discussions.
- Provide comprehensive lead information and insights to ensure a smooth transition in the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, quotes, and proposals.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Working experiences
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related sales role.
- Knowledge competence
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow processes.
- Knowledge of the HORECA industry or similar segments is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good English ability.
- Fluent in Vietnamese language
