Summary of tasks and work goals

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Account Executives to join our expanding sales team at Ly Gia Vien. This role is pivotal to our growth, and the successful candidates will be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts. 

Account Executives may choose to specialize in specific product categories, such as kitchen equipment, coffee machines, or other offerings. They should possess a deep understanding of our products and services, and have the ability to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

Working time and place

  • During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
  • Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.

Gross income: Negotiation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients within the HORECA market who can benefit from our product offerings.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Continuously engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Product Expertise

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product categories, such as kitchen equipment, coffee machines, and more.
  • Understand the features, benefits, and applications of our products to effectively convey their value to customers.

Sales Presentations

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Tailor presentations to match the specific needs and preferences of the client.

Negotiation and Closing

  • Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and finalize sales agreements with clients.
  • Ensure that pricing, terms, and conditions are in line with company guidelines.

Sales Targets

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.
  • Report regularly on sales progress and achievements.

Market Insights

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the team.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for review.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

RECRUITMENT STANDARDS

Professional Knowledge

  • Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Professional Competence

  • Working experiences
  • Proven sales experience in a related field, ideally in B2B sales or the HORECA industry.
  • Knowledge competence
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively convey product value to customers.
  • Specialization or prior experience in specific product categories is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
