Wholesale Channel Manager
Summary of tasks and work goals
As Ly Gia Vien establishes and expands its presence in the wholesale distribution channel, we are seeking a dedicated Wholesale Channel Manager to lead and oversee this critical aspect of our business. The Wholesale Channel Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the wholesale channel by working with dealer partners who resell our products to B2B customers.
Working time and place
- During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
- Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Gross income: Negotiation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Channel Strategy Development
- Develop and execute channel-specific strategies to penetrate and expand within the wholesale market.
- Identify growth opportunities, market segments, and regions for targeting wholesale distribution.
Dealer Partner Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard dealer partners who can effectively resell our products to B2B customers.
- Negotiate terms, agreements, and pricing with dealer partners to ensure mutual success.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to assist dealer partners in selling and marketing our products.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor the performance of dealer partners, ensuring they meet sales and distribution targets.
- Create and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of the wholesale channel.
- Prepare regular reports and analyses on channel performance and growth.
Collaboration and Alignment
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product management, and sales support, to support channel-specific initiatives.
- Ensure that product information, marketing collateral, pricing, and promotions align with channel requirements.
Market Insights
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the wholesale distribution segment.
- Use market insights to make strategic recommendations and adjustments to channel strategies.
Budget Management
- Manage the budget allocated to the wholesale channel, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet sales and distribution objectives.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
RECRUITMENT STANDARDS
Professional Knowledge
- Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Working experiences
- Proven experience in wholesale channel management, with a track record of success.
- Knowledge competence
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales and distribution targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
