Summary of tasks and work goals
As a Sales Manager at Ly Gia Vien, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the entire sales team and developing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. You will set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide leadership to achieve sales objectives. In addition, you will manage key client relationships and participate in high-level negotiations to ensure the success of the company.
Working time and place
- During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
- Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Gross income: Negotiation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Team Leadership
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and direction to the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Foster a motivating and results-driven work environment to optimize team performance.
Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Collaborate with the executive team and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Sales Target Setting
- Establish clear and challenging sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.
- Regularly review and adjust targets based on market dynamics and company goals.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze sales team performance against set targets and KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and manage key client relationships, especially in the premium segment.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
High-Level Negotiations
- Participate in high-level negotiations with clients and partners to secure major contracts, partnerships, and deals.
- Develop and maintain strong negotiating skills to protect the company's interests.
Sales Training and Development
- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Implement training programs and workshops to improve sales skills.
Sales Reports and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports and analyses on sales team performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Make data-driven decisions to refine sales strategies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
RECRUITMENT STANDARDS
Professional Knowledge
- Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Professional Competence
- Working experiences
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management, ideally in the HORECA or similar industry.
- Knowledge competence
- Strategic thinking and the ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
