Key Account Manager

Summary of tasks and work goals

At Ly Gia Vien, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team. This position is focused on managing our most important clients within the premium segment. Key Account Managers are responsible for delivering personalized service, understanding the unique needs of our top clients, and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our products and services.

Working time and place

  • During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
  • Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.

Gross income: Negotiation


Key Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the premium segment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring personalized attention and service.

Needs Assessment

  • Conduct thorough assessments of each key client's specific needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Understand their business and operational requirements to tailor solutions accordingly.

Account Development

  • Create customized account development plans for each key client to optimize their experience and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on their needs.

Communication and Support

  • Be readily available to address client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to meet their needs.

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Educate key clients about the value of our products and assist them in making informed decisions.

Satisfaction Monitoring

  • Continuously assess key clients' satisfaction and gather feedback on their experiences with our products and services.
  • Proactively address any issues and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Account Growth

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within key accounts.
  • Develop strategies to expand business with these clients.

Contract and Agreement Management

  • Manage contracts, service agreements, and terms with key clients.
  • Ensure that all agreements are aligned with company guidelines and client needs.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.


Professional Knowledge

  • Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Working experiences
  • Proven experience in key account management, ideally in the premium or B2B segment.
  • Knowledge competence
  • Customer-focused mindset and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
