Ly Gia Vien is expanding, and we are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing and Branding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies to support our sales efforts. Your expertise will be essential in creating a strong brand identity, driving product awareness, and engaging our target HORECA market.
Working time and place
- During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
- Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Gross income: Negotiation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Brand Development
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image.
- Create and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external use.
Content Creation
- Generate engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Develop persuasive and informative product descriptions and value propositions.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts, including pay-per-click (PPC) and social media advertising.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our social media presence, creating and curating content, and engaging with the audience.
- Monitor social media trends and engage in relevant discussions.
Marketing Collateral
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations to support sales teams.
- Ensure marketing collateral aligns with branding guidelines.
Market Research
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Data Analysis
- Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
RECRUITMENT STANDARDS
Professional Knowledge
- Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Professional Competence
- Working experiences
- Proven experience in marketing and branding roles, preferably in a B2B or product-focused environment.
- Knowledge competence
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Knowledge of the HORECA industry or similar segments is a plus.
