We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Ly Gia Vien.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sales team is well-trained in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in improving the sales team's skills, performance, and overall success. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs to empower our sales professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to excel.
Working time and place
- During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
- Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Gross income: Negotiation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Training Program Design
- Collaborate with sales managers and department heads to identify training needs and goals.
- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific requirements of the sales team.
Product Knowledge Training
- Provide in-depth training on our product categories, features, benefits, and applications.
- Ensure that sales representatives have a deep understanding of our product offerings.
Sales Techniques and Skills
- Create training modules focused on sales techniques, negotiation skills, objection handling, and customer relationship building.
- Conduct workshops and role-playing exercises to enhance sales skills.
New Employee Onboarding
- Develop and facilitate onboarding programs for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Ongoing Training
- Continuously update and improve training materials and methods to keep them current and effective.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to address evolving needs and challenges.
Assessment and Evaluation
- Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and adjust training content as needed.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports on training progress and the impact on sales performance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Professional Knowledge
- Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in education, training, business, or a related field.
Professional Competence
- Working experiences
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a sales or product-focused environment.
- Knowledge competence
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and create engaging, interactive training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software.
