At Ly Gia Vien, we recognize the essential role that Customer Success Specialist plays in ensuring the seamless functioning of our sales team. This position encompasses roles such as Sales Coordinators, Sales Operations, and Administrative Assistants, all of whom are crucial for the success of our sales efforts. They handle a variety of administrative tasks, process orders, and provide the necessary resources to support the sales team's success.
Working time and place
- During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
- Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Gross income: Negotiation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact for the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Facilitate effective communication, distribute information, and provide support as needed.
Order Processing
- Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order details, pricing, and shipping information to ensure order fulfillment.
Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
- Ensure that sales data and reports are accurate and up to date.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare sales materials, reports, and presentations as requested.
Resource Management
- Ensure that the sales team has access to the necessary resources, including marketing collateral, product information, and sales tools.
- Manage inventory and supply orders for sales-related materials.
Sales Support and Troubleshooting
- Address sales team inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and provide solutions.
Documentation and Compliance
- Assist with the preparation and management of sales contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure that all documents meet company guidelines.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
RECRUITMENT STANDARDS
Professional Knowledge
- Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Professional Competence
- Working experiences
- Proven experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles.
- Knowledge competence
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales support tools.
