The Martellato Block Cylinder Silicone Mould (30SIL600) is a food-grade silicone mould designed for creating modular, cylindrical dessert layers. Developed in collaboration with World Pastry Champion Frank Haasnoot, the Block series invites pastry chefs to explore new creative freedom in assembling modern desserts, piece by piece.

With its minimalist cylindrical form (ø60 x H17 mm) and stackable design, this mould is ideal for crafting colourful, multi-layered cakes and artistic monoportions. Whether used for mousse, gelée, sponge, or inserts, each piece becomes part of a larger, imaginative whole.

Each set includes 2 moulds, enabling production of 16 pieces total (8 + 8 cavities).
