1. For espresso machines (per group head):
• Step 1: Replace the filter used during machine cleaning into the filter, using 6g for each use.
• Step 2: After installing the filter into the machine, activate the machine's cycle 5 times, each time for approximately 10 seconds.
• Step 3: Remove the filter from the machine and rinse it with hot water from the machine.
• Step 4: Reinstall the filter into the machine, repeat step 2 five more times but without using cleaning powder.
Step 5: Run 1-2 espresso shots as a test before use.
2. Soak the tools:
• Step 1: Mix 1 teaspoon (6g) of Cafiza cleaning powder with every liter of hot water. Soak the filter and portafilter for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Rinse with hot water.
3. Clean the roasting machine tools and coffee bean containers:
• Step 1: Use a ratio of 1:50. Mix the Cafiza cleaning powder with hot water.
Step 2: Rinse the coffee bean container with the prepared solution for a few minutes.
• Step 3: Rinse with clean water. Let dry naturally or wipe clean with a towel.
4. For detachable parts:
• Step 1: Use a ratio of 1:30. Mix the Cafiza cleaning powder with hot water.
Step 2: Disassemble the small parts of the roaster.
Step 3: Soak for a few minutes.
• Step 4: Rinse with clean water. Let dry and check all parts before reassembling them into the machine.
5. For other parts:
• Step 1: Mix 4 teaspoons of Cafiza cleaning powder with 1000ml of hot water in a spray bottle.
Step 2: Spray the cleaning solution onto the area to be cleaned and wipe it clean with a cloth.
Note: Proportions may vary. Use gloves and safety glasses to minimize potential accidents. Store the product in a dry place, away from moisture and mold.
