As Ly Gia Vien expands its presence in the modern trade channel, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Modern Trade Sales Manager to lead and oversee sales efforts in this key segment. The Modern Trade Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to large retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
Working time and place
- During time: Monday to Saturday morning (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 18:00)
- Working place: SATRA Building - No.58 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Gross income: Negotiation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies specific to the modern trade channel to achieve business growth.
- Create and implement plans for engaging with and servicing modern trade customers.
Key Client Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within modern trade accounts, including large retail chains and supermarkets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients in the modern trade segment.
Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated sales team specializing in the modern trade channel.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize team productivity.
Negotiations and Agreements
- Oversee negotiations and agreements with modern trade partners to secure contracts, partnerships, and deals.
- Ensure that agreements are aligned with company guidelines and client needs.
Marketing Initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns targeting modern trade customers.
- Develop and manage initiatives tailored to the unique needs and requirements of the modern trade segment.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze sales team performance within the modern trade channel.
- Regularly assess and adjust strategies to optimize sales growth.
Market Insights
- Stay informed about regional market trends and competitor activities relevant to the modern trade channel.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to the company.
Budget Management
- Manage the sales budget for the modern trade channel, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet sales objectives.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
RECRUITMENT STANDARDS
Professional Knowledge
- Professional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Professional Competence
- Working experiences
- Proven experience in modern trade sales or related roles, with a deep understanding of the dynamics of large retail chains and supermarkets.
- Knowledge competence
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
